What do i get for support and guide on in-use product?





If you are active customer, it is free for support questions that are relative to your in-use product. After purchasing, we will send you internal documents to configure your switch yourself, more addition we can assist you remotely via Teamviewer if you are confused how to use the switch at the first time.

For visitor/non-customer with his own switch, don't expect us to resolve or answer for his own switch issues/free-helps/patches/troubleshootings...He should contact his vendor for those, we only serve our internal active members.
