The software runs on Windows OS. Make sure you use right OS before installing.

Save the file Vos3000-client2120.exe to your hard disk, then run it to setup program.
To get started operating remote switch, you must have admin account credentials. If you want to play with our public switch demo, find our demo article for credential details to login. Otherwise you are our active customer, and we have emailed you your own admin switch credentials, you use user/pass provided in cridentials detail to login. You can change to your new complex password there to secure your switch.
To launch program installed, Click menu "VOS3000 2.1.2.0" in "StartMenu -> Program Files" to run and input the your IPServer/User/Pass to login for managing your softswitch activities.
