If there is no special request, then VOS3000 V2120 should be fine for your business. However if you need some extra features such as GatewayGroup, LCR/ASR routing...then VOS2009 should be ok but the version is only built on chinese language, it can make you difficult to operate, but we have translation screenshots from chinese to english, we hope it can help you operate switch fine with chinese language based!
