For Admin features:
-View statistics of traffic within latest 30 days.
-Manage buyer/seller accounts, send email regarding login crendentials
-Manage invoices for postpayment type and email it to your buyer, invoice is generate with your own info such as Logo, billing items, ATTN From, footer...
-Generate CDR data for specified accounts in CSV file and download it via web page.
-Manage history payments
-Manage email logs
-Balance alerting ( checking in every 10 minutes, max 4 emails per account per day in every 6 hours)
-Daily report traffic usage to buyer/seller account ( report at 23:59:59 everyday)For Buyer/Seller features:
-View balance and devices/gateways
-View online CDR and export function supported to download CSV via webpage.
-View payment history
-Change login password or notification emailsA> Admin CDR Portal
A.1> Login
Open your browser then go to url: http://VOSIP:81//clientportal/_admin/index.phpUsing admin account user id as username and VOS UUID as password to login
A.2> Review daily statistics
After you logged in, you should see total daily traffic statistics
A.3> CDR filter
Click menu CDR, you can filter and manage CDR data from specified period or doing more filter with specified buyers/sellers
A.4> Buyer/seller account
Display all accounts from VOS. To manage account, log in VOS software, go to menu "Account management". There are two types of account, one is General account type as buyer/client, another is Settlement/Clearing account type as seller/provider
At this accounts page, you can send email to buyer/seller about the login informaion such as username and password and login url.
Note: To assign email to account specified. In VOS account management -> Select account -> Edit button -> Update email in email tab then OK & Apply to save.
