A> Dynamic BlacklistDynamic blacklist is a good way to keep the route cleaned and avoid to be abused by the caller/buyer sending too many failed calls on the same callee/dialed number. It works as global dynamic blacklist. For GSM Goip device or avoid failed calls / low ASR charge from some special carriers

Choose menu "Softswitch Management", click "Edit", choose tab "System parameter"
