VOSClient JRE and msvcr71.dll

1. JRE (Java Runtime Environment) error
To fix it, you need to install JRE from this link: https://clientarea.vos3000hosting.com/knowledgebase/20/Client-VOS3000---Error-Java-runtime-environment-JRE.html
Note: Just install version 32bit of JRE in case your windows is 64bit (Win10/Win7)

If you use Windows 10, then you need to update variable environment
-From Windows 10 search box, type: "View advanced system settings"
-From Advanced tab, click on "Environment Variables"
